One of the most popular forms of American full-scale motorsports, dirt oval racing might at first seem somewhat simple. But anyone who’s passionate about racing knows that there’s much more to it than making left turns. To get out of the stands and into the race, you need skill, commitment, and - perhaps most of all - a capable vehicle.

The Losi 22S Sprint delivers superior performance and accurate scale looks at a fraction of the cost, with time-saving, ready-to-run ease. Based on championship-winning Team Losi Racing TLR 22 geometry, it’s filled with the features that experienced racers respect.
An aluminum chassis, steel turnbuckles, and all-metal transmission provide the durability to survive intense competition on a crowded dirt oval course. The sealed gear differential is pre-filled with diff fluid for optimal performance. A customizable battery tray increases your battery options, with adjustable stops for using full-length or shorty packs. The installed Spektrum 2S brushless system powers the 22S Sprint around the oval, hitting 25+ mph down the chutes.
Numerous scale details take its realism to the next level - molded and electroplated exhaust, a hand-painted driver figure with a post anchor device and race seat, steering wheel and scale steering box interior, and much more. It comes out of the box as a winged sprint car, but the front and rear wings can easily be removed to race in another class. The officially licensed Hoosier tires feature a soft compound that’s ideal for most tracks. If you race often on high-traction, high-wear surfaces, a hard compound version is available separately.
The Losi 22S Sprint really shines on a true RC dirt oval track with proper clay dirt, banks, and corners. But even on a simple oval made with cones in a driveway or dirt lot, it’s a blast to drive.
RC vehicles with scale roll cages can be challenging to work on. Sometimes the cage must be disassembled before accessing the chassis for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. On the Losi 22S Sprint, you just disengage one spring-loaded clip to lift and remove the cage, body, and top wing assembly from the chassis. It’s so easy, it’s almost unbelievable.

WINGED OR NON-WINGED
On Saturday nights at dirt oval tracks around the United States, spectators find a healthy blend of winged and non-winged sprint cars in action. The Losi 22S Sprint brings that same mix to RC dirt oval tracks. It comes out of the box as a Winged Sprint. To race in another class, simply remove the top and front wings and install the included, non-winged Sprint name plate.

EASY ACCESS ON/OFF BUTTON
At races, drivers often have to wait on deck or in the staging lane before the track opens for practice runs. Then it’s a dash to turn on the vehicle, put the body on, and get up to the driver stand. The 22S Sprint can be turned on and off easily from outside the vehicle, making the process much simpler, faster, and more convenient.

POWERFUL BRUSHLESS POWER SYSTEM
The 22S Sprint comes with a Spektrum 2S brushless system installed. It features the Firma 45A Smart Lite ESC and Firma 3650 3300Kv brushless motor - a combination that delivers the power to reach maximum speeds of 25+ mph.

SPEKTRUM SLT2 TRANSMITTER
In addition to providing interference-free control, the included Spektrum SLT2 2.4GHz transmitter offers steering trim, steering rate, steering reversing, and other useful features. Novice drivers can use the throttle limiting switch to limit top speed to 50% or 75% of the vehicle’s full potential - perfect for learning control skills gradually and safely.

SPEKTRUM SR215 DSMR 2-CHANNEL SPORT RECEIVER
The factory-installed, telemetry-equipped Spektrum SR215 is a dual protocol DSMR receiver that can also connect to advanced racing radios like the DX5 and iXSR. Its lightning fast 5.5ms frame rate provides a quick, low-latency connection for the pro-level enthusiast. The streamlined case offers added antenna support and an integrated antenna tube slot for easy installation. The battery port can also be used for a lap counting transponder.

OFFICIALLY LICENSED HOOSIER TIRES
The officially licensed, 2.2” based Hoosier tires feature a soft compound that’s ideal for most tracks. They’re mounted to all-new, scale-correct 1.7/2.2” wheels with a chrome finish and color-matched wheel covers on the right side. Together, the 22S Sprint wheels and Hoosier tires heighten the dirt oval realism. A hard compound version of the tire is available separately for racing on high traction, high wear surfaces.

CLIPLESS ROLL CAGE/BODY/TOP WING MOUNTING
RC vehicles with scale roll cages have a reputation for being hard to work on - sometimes the cage must be taken apart to access the chassis for repairs, maintenance, or upgrades. On the Losi 22S Sprint, you simply disengage one spring-loaded clip to remove the entire cage/body/top wing assembly. It makes chassis access fast and easy!
