With its powerful 4S and 6S LiPo capable Spektrum brushless power system, the TLR Tuned TYPHON blasts over rough terrain with ease. On 4S, you can compete at your local racetrack. With the additional power of a 6S LiPo, the TLR Tuned TYPHON performs stunts and tackles big jumps at your favorite off-road bash location.
The buggy's durable TLR Tuned 7075-T6 aluminum upgrades include the chassis plate, steering rack, adjustable upper and lower suspension hangers, shock bodies, and front and rear shock towers. All are laser-etched with the TLR Tuned logo. The oil-filled, adjustable shocks have machined tapered pistons, machined shock guides, and X-ring seals, and are attached to the shock towers with Extreme Bash (EXB) stand-offs.
The TLR Tuned TYPHON 4WD Race Buggy also features a heavy-duty drivetrain that holds up to extreme bashing and high-speed racing, with all-metal diff outdrives and gearbox internals plus durable steel driveshafts throughout. Its extra-strong wheel hubs support low-drag wheels on which ARRMA engineers have mounted multi-terrain, race compound dBoots EXABYTE tires for next-level grip. A Race Spec tunable rear wing helps to keep the tires and buggy grounded, contributing to confident control and responsive handling at high speeds.
Maintenance downtime is kept to the minimum with an efficient, driver-friendly design. For example, an aluminum sliding mount gives you fast, hassle-free access to the factory-installed Spektrum Firma 4074 2050Kv brushless motor.

SPEKTRUM 6S CAPABLE BRUSHLESS POWER SYSTEM
The included Spektrum Firma 2050Kv brushless motor and Firma 150A Smart ESC together provide the perfect power system for use with 4S or 6S LiPo batteries. On 4S you can compete at your local racetrack. The additional power supplied by a 6S LiPo supports big jumps and stunts at your local bash spot.
ALUMINUM PARTS
The Firma 2050Kv brushless motor arrives factory-installed on a black-anodized aluminum sliding motor mount for durability and fast, hassle-free access. The servo mount and 17mm wheel hexes are also constructed of aluminum for bash-ready strength.
SPEKTRUM SLT3 2.4GHz 3-CHANNEL RADIO
The included Spektrum SLT3 transmitter is ergonomically designed for fatigue-free driving and has a foam wheel for precise fingertip control. Throttle limits can be set at 50% or 75% until you're ready to use the full speed potential. Compatible with SLT and DSMR protocols, the SR315 3-channel receiver offers outstanding range and fast response rate. For dependable steering control, ARRMA includes a Spektrum S652 metal-gear digital servo capable of 265 oz-in of torque.

TLR TUNED ADJUSTABLE SUSPENSION HANGERS
Laser-etched with the TLR Tuned logo, the TLR Tuned aluminum lower and upper suspension hangers have many different inserts included in the box that you can swap out to tune your buggy for the best performance in a variety of driving conditions.
OIL-FILLED SHOCKS
The adjustable oil-filled shocks are mounted on TLR Tuned 7075-T6 Aluminum Shock Towers and feature TLR Tuned Aluminum Shock bodies, machined tapered shock pistons, and EXB Extreme Bash shock stand-offs. They easily soak-up bumps over dirt, asphalt, and grass for super-smooth damping.
RACE SPEC FINISHED BODY
Topping off the TLR Tuned TYPHON 4WD Race Buggy RTR is a sleek body that's factory-finished with exclusive Race Spec colors and decals, distinguishing it from the roller version TLR Tuned TYPHON. A low-drag, tunable rear wing helps keep the buggy grounded, contributing to confident control and responsive handling at thrilling high speeds.
HIGH-TRACTION dBOOTS EXABYTE TIRES
The dBoots EXABYTE tires are made of high-quality, race compound rubber for long-lasting durability. Their multi-surface tread pattern provides excellent traction in all conditions. The tires include foam inserts and are pre-glued to low-drag, 1/8 buggy nylon wheels. The industry standard 17mm hex fitting adds strength for extreme action and allows easy maintenance plus a wide range of tuning options.
